1. Make sure that all parts are returned. This includes:
computer
AC adapter
ducktail plug
extension chord
computer case.
2. You will be required to start the computer in order to verify the working condition of the computer.
3. All equipment will be checked for damage. If there is damage you will be responsible for the repairs/replacement.
4. It is your responsibility to archive all data to a separate hard drive, optical disk, flash drive, etc.
1. Empty the computer bag. Straps need to be shortened as short as possible and tucked into the front pocket.
2. Unwind all cables on the adapter.
3. Take the bag to the sweeper and sweep out the inside of the bag.
4. When it’s your turn, put your laptop on the desk, plug the adapter in and place the adapter on the desk so we can check the wires.
5. Hand the bag to the teacher.
6. When the teacher is done, you need to wind up the adapter and extension cable, put it in the laptop pocket, put your laptop in the bag, zip everything up except the top zippers and place it where the teacher instructs.
